EV charging points installed at Dollman Farm

Eighteen brand-new EV charging points are now live at Houlton’s community hub Dollman Farm. Installed by leading EV specialist Rolec, the suite of new EV charging points are part of Houlton Master Developer Urban&Civic’s ongoing commitment to developing sustainable placemaking.
Dollman Farm Centre, situated in the heart of Rugby’s growing neighbourhood, is already the long-standing home of The Tuning Fork café and community events base The Barn.
The Co-Op and The Old Station Nursery, both of which are approaching their 12-month anniversary on site, also feature in the complex where soon they will be joined by collaborative co-working space The Exchange, due to open in October.
The district hub, a busy hive of community life at Houlton, has been designed to bring together community amenities for residents in one central space, and this latest addition, further bolsters that existing offering.
Situated within the car park outside The Co-Op, the newly installed charging points are just one of many new additions set to strengthen the district centre’s offering over the next 12-18 months.
