How do I get my child into Houlton School?

Will there be another primary school in Houlton?
Yes! Work is underway on a brand-new primary school building at Houlton School, which will become Rugby’s first all-through school, educating children from Reception through to Sixth Form.
Delivered in partnership with Urban&Civic and Transforming Lives Educational Trust (TLET), the new primary provision is being built alongside the existing Houlton School campus and is expected to welcome its first 30 Reception pupils in September 2026.
Once fully open, the school will accommodate two classes (60 pupils) per year group, helping meet growing demand for school places within the Houlton community.
The all-through model will also allow younger pupils to benefit from access to Houlton School’s outstanding specialist facilities, creating a connected learning environment at the heart of the development.

When is The Tuning Fork open?
The Tuning Fork is open daily for breakfast and lunch, and for dinner on Friday and Saturday evenings.
