Houlton’s bins are provided by and collected by Rugby Borough Council.

Residents should all have the following bins:

General waste (black)

Recycling (black with blue lid)

Garden waste (green) - subscription only service

Collection days

Houlton’s bins are collected on Thursdays, alternating between general waste collection one week and recycling bins the next.

Bins should be placed out by 7:00am on the day of collection. You can check here to confirm which bins to put out this week.

What if I have a missed collection?

You can report a missed collection on the Council's website.

I need larger items collected, who can do that?

A bulky collection service is available to all domestic properties where up to three items can be collected for £33.50. More items can be collected for an additional £6.80 each, to a maximum of six items.
