Future of Houlton

About the group:

We are a team of volunteers who are residents of Houlton spread across the properties mainly built by Crest Nicholson, Davidson Homes, Morris Homes, and Civic Living. We devote our personal times, effort and money to achieve the objectives, vision and mission detailed above. We have already run three successful events for Houlton Residents since 2021 covering Diwali 2021 and 2022, and Ganesh Chaturthi 2022. We operate as a team with the following structure;

• Organising Committee (meets virtually every Sunday 10 weeks prior to the planned event day)
• Administration Coordinator (currently held by Abhishek Mohan)
• Catering Coordinator (currently held by Raj Gowda)
• Cultural Coordinators (currently held by Sneha Darshak and Rashmi Sajjit)
• Decorations Coordinators (currently held by Priyanka Gajwani and Jalpa Shah)
• Equipment Coordinator (currently held by Amit Kotecha)
• Finance Coordinator (currently held by Abhishek Mohan)
• IT Coordinator (currently held by Muthu Raja)
• Music Coordinator (currently held by Nishant Shah)
• Program and Safety Coordinator (Raj Gowda)
• Photography Coordinator (currently held by Darshak Shah).
• Group of Volunteers supporting the above Coordinators.
