Houlton's Indian Event Association

We are a team of Volunteers who are residents of Houlton spread across the various properties mainly built by Bellway, Crest Nicholson, Civic Living, Davidson Homes, David Wilson, Morris Homes, Mulberry Homes, and Willam Davies. We devote our personal time, effort and money to achieve the objectives, vision and mission detailed above. We have already run multiple successful events for Houlton Residents including annual Diwali and Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations. We operate as a Volunteering Team with the following structure;

• Volunteering Team - Organising Committee which meets remotely on every Friday or Sunday 8-10 weeks prior to the planned event day
• Administration Coordinator (currently held by Abhishek Mohan)
• Catering Coordinator (currently held by Rajesh Gowda)
• Cultural Coordinators (currrently held by Sneha Darshak and Rashmi Sajjith)
• Decorations Coordinators (currently held by Priyanka Gajwani and Jalpa Shah)
• Equipment and Venue Coordinator (currently held by Amit Kotecha)
• Finance Coordinator (currently held by Abhishek Mohan)
• IT Coordinator (currently held by Muthu Raja)
• Music Coordinator (currently held by Nishant Shah)
• Program and Safety Coordinator (Rajesh Gowda)
• Photography Coordinator (currently held by Darshak Shah).
• Additional Volunteers supporting the above Coordinators.
