Houlton X OurJay Foundation CPR training

The Houlton community came together during Heart Safety Week for lifesaving CPR and defibrillator training.

This event saw the Urban&Civic team join forces with OurJay Foundation to educate Houlton residents of all ages and abilities on life-saving skills.

The OurJay Foundation was established by Naomi, a Rugby resident, after she sadly lost her son Jamie due to the lack of an accessible defibrillator nearby, which could have saved his life. Since starting the charity in 2022, the OurJay Foundation has installed 200 defibrillators across Warwickshire and championed heart safety across the country and beyond. It proudly stands as one of the Houlton community's chosen charities.
