Footpath and Green corridor closure this October

Please be aware that some footpaths around the Miller and St Modwen housebuilder parcels (along Houlton Way and Station Avenue) will be temporarily closed.

The closures are needed to allow both housebuilders to conduct essential electrical and water connection works as development progresses. Alternative pedestrian routes will remain available with footpaths on the opposite side of the road unaffected. The affected routes will reopen in stages in the new year, as works are completed.

A temporary closure of the adjacent Green Corridor will also be closing imminently as these works continue. The nature path is due to reopen this winter.

Any further updates, including specific closure and reopening dates, will be shared directly on this page as soon as they are available.
